I have done just over 100 days before but know it can only take one second to give in again. I thought last time I could control it after a long break and I did for a few weeks but you always end up chasing again

Not too many thoughts yesterday, today will be tough however. Lots of football back on, am self excluded online now with all my accounts but still could walk into a bookies which I havent done in over a year.
Online gambling is where I lose it all, just have no sense of what I am doing and dont think until its too late, one click of a button to deposit money, too easy.
Have never had any problems with high street bookies, no more then a tenner on a saturday and If I lose then fine wait till next Saturday no urges to chase like online.
Will keep this up though , enjoying life not stressing most of my days like when it gets bad gambling

Wasnt too bad, I didnt have a gamble but i picked an accumulator I would have done had i done, it lost.
Lots of football with Champions League back over the next few months but will not give in.

Wasnt as tempted as I thought I would have been yesterday. Watched the Liverpool PSG game and just enjoyed great game without the stress of hoping a bet comes in.

Watched the Arsenal game last night, would be lying if i said I wasnt tempted but being self excluded everywhere helps a lot.

Almost gave in today, nearly walked into bookies. Part of me feels If I can just stick to high street bookies i would be a lot better off than gambling online.
When im online I can lose £50 in an hour and then more once the chase begins, that doesnt happen when I stick to high street bookies and have to physically hand cash over.
Didnt give in anyway, want to at least reach the end of the year.
