First night staying away since been GF and I feel shocking ? got the worst headache and aching in places I didn't even know I could ache... Been awake since 5am ready for some snooze time.... ? #noalarmsunday

Good going. I certainly am not missing the all day/night gambling sessions and the hunting around for loans to feed the habit.

(@Changing-habit) thankyou I slept quite well and even put the TV on... First time since I've stopped gambling that I've had the TV on overnight as the adverts were subconsciously feeding my addiction

Yes stress makes the immune system weaker.. But be kind to yourself.. Listen to what your body is telling you to do. Don't take pressure off anyone.. The road ahead is a long one for us all.. But think like the Romans did in straight lines.... Take care
