Day 23 GF. Happy I am keeping things simple. Got lots of blocks in place. I wish I could give up drinking as well as this is a trigger for me. Try for a day no drinking and see if I can repeat tomorrow. Must find a new hobby. 

Day 30 GF. Can't believe I made it this long with out Gambling. Feeling good. The  next thing to stop is the alcohol as I do like a drink. But its just replacing the gambling. 

37 Days Gambling Free feels really good. Paying my debt back and living life again. 

46 Days Gambling Free. I have chosen not to gamble. I feel good but had a gambling dream wich I didn't like. I'm still trying not to drink as much. I need to see the doctors as I have a pain in my side. I need to keep focused on the good things in life. All the best to everyone.

I'm Happy Devil Free 52Days. Loving the 100 day challenge. Hope all keep doing the simple things That keep us Devil Free. 

Not a good weekend. Urges to see the Devil. Got pulled into talks with friends at work talking about football. I Checked results and this is a mass trigger for me. To day I am 58 Days without the Devil. I have stopped looking at results and will be very careful in the future. 

Keep going forward.. Ti's the only way

Not long to Christmas. Got everything I need already for Christmas. I have last installment to pay the loan I had. I've got the money and will pay today. I wish the people on here all the best and a struggle free Christmas. Love to all. ?
