Wow almost September..

Hope all ok here.

I'm keeping busy and work is busy so that tires me. I'm out walking and a little running. Lockdown has slowed me down on that front but the only way is up.

Still gamble free. I've called into chat a couple of times this week which was lovely.

Mr. Autumn is saying hello I feel  definite little feel in the air. Colours changing too. Nature stops for no one.

All stay safe

Boo ???

Morning last day of August.. Ooof Where's the year going.

But chilly here and a lovely quiet too.

Plans to do today and then relax tonight.

No gambling still. Focused on my year target in October.

I'm surprised I've maintained this far some of the better habits I set out to achieve..

I'm off out soon for a trot with friends followed by coffee stop and no doubt a natter

Bank Holiday so that means a bond movie on TV.

Until another day all.

Stay safe ? Boo

Morning diary. Lovely day here. Not in South shields as plan for great north run but.. Life as they say.

Still gamble free. Having a few anxious moments. Not gamble related just life generally at the moment but nothing to give deep concerns. Uncertain times I suppose we are unaware of what we are really thinking.

Don't mention the diet.. I'm focused mentally but somehow good is such a comfort.

Work wise busy.. Still reading. Enjoying TV. And jigsaws. A bit of running mixed with walking on the social aspect.

Little scottie having a few probs with colitis but she is 14 almost. But she troupes along.

All for now

Love boo

Hi Boo,

That is such a shame about missing your race last weekend. You’ll do even better next year.

Take care and have a lovely weekend.

Morning making the most of the weather so. Off for a trot and coffee. Bit of food shop to. Been steady at work. Never the less feeling tired like I first did during lockdown. Think. In my head I am anticipating another strike of the virus and some  sort  of shutdown again plus mayhem st work. I just need to feel more positive. It will happen.

Also this time of yesr the darker nights set in to.

No I'm not down as this diary suggests just adjusting to the new norm.

No gambling. Even I have noticed if I get an urge it feels like it could be hard work which is good for me because that's a sign I've usually had enough of something. Another payday this end week which is going to the garden maintenance. And I've even given a thought to Christmas and presents.

Eating too much. Need to do food cupboards out and freezer and re stick healthy.

Anyways.. For now bye

Take care all

Boo ???

Good Morning Boo,

For some reason, I’ve just read through a massive part of your diary from the start to just after Christmas time. I didn't come across your diary until just after Christmas last year.

Your diary is fabulous. I love reading it and enjoy your updates. I look at you and think you have tremendous balance with work, family, friends, exercise etc. It makes me happy to follow your progress.

I just wanted to say this morning that you have done a magnificent job throughout the past year and you should be really proud. I reckon you must be about 3 or 4 weeks away from completing a full year gambling free which is a fabulous achievement.

I hope you have a super day.

Hello. Well thank you firstly lovely violet for sorting out my technical hitch on here last night.

So rain here today. But not feeling so bad all in all.

Still gf.

Nice to see folk have stopped by on my diary too.

Not up to much in the grand scheme of it all. Setback yet again so Boris has put some barriers in.. Let's just keep moving forward with all this. Bit if a hard slog for many and I hope this doesn't set folk back.

TV seems to want to inundate us with seasonal stuff. Not  my thing just yet.

Work wise busy. Homewise still waiting on our builder to do garden work. All will sort I'm sure.

Anyway all for now.

Take care all.

Boo ?

And wish you every happiness in all the things you do

Sometimes it is the little things that count the most of all

And friends like you bring comfort to the heart and soul

Bit of nice food shop as its payday treat time.
