Hi day 75, I cannot tell you how good that feels to say that I gf and I’ve started getting back on track! I’m studying a degree in mental health so that I can eventually have a career in that area! I have not had any urges so far, me and the hubby are doing a lot better! It seems the up and downs that we were stuck in are settling down! That’s great, I’ve probably not been very fair to him on here, but he’s an amazing man! He’s never let me down, he works hard, he loves hard! Sometimes I have to tell him to fix up when he’s being moody but he is a mechanic who works on commercial vehicles by himself all day, 6 days a week and I think he is entitled to feel tired or like he doesn’t really want to listen to me rabbiting on about my day! Sometimes he needs a bit of space and that’s ok! I truly believe his mental health isn’t good at the minute and while studying mental health, I think he may be suffering with burn out &/or depression! But he’s a typical man and won’t go to a doctor! I hope everyone is doing ok with their journey to being free! Jadiebby x

Hello Jadie.

Hope you and your hubby are both happy and well.

I am loving the summertime and being retired can go for lovely walks to the riverside but if your both indoors studying or working than it might not seem so idyllic.

Congratulations are in order as you are nearly 90 days into your journey of recovery. I consider that to be a great achievement and you have my utmost respect.

Enjoyed reading the beautiful post you left on the diary of Stace on 30th July. The words left me feeling happy, sad and emotional all at the same time. You are a lovely lady and I could see the words had come straight from your heart.

Wishing you every happiness as you continue on your gamble-free adventure.
