65 days, potentially a very hard 10 days ahead, me and my little boy have isolated today due to my mum who’s in our childcare bubble testing positive on a lateral flow test, we are awaiting a pcr result tomorow which if positive we will continue to isolate for a further 9 days! Not been a good day, my little boy has severe autism and the change of routine has resulted in lots of meltdowns. I really do think it will be a miracle if I reach 75 days!Â

Congratulations on your excellent progress in recovery. This weekend you will be 10 weeks gamble-free and that is worthy of respect.Â
Saying NO to gambling is difficult at the best of times but you have stood your ground in the face of adversity.
Sometimes you may have felt like you were going one step forward and two back but you have remained defiant even when the addiction was trying to drag you down.Â
In my eyes you are a hero. A compassionate, brave and loving soul who has shown great courage and resilience.
Fingers crossed your mum's result comes back negative tomorrow but whatever the outcome I wish you and your wonderful little boy good health, peace and contentment.

Thank you Aum, we are indeed isolating and we are now positive ourself, we are in until Friday 16th so still lots of days ahead of us but so far not too bad, thank you for dropping by and leaving a comment on my diary it really does help 🙂Â
Just popping on to say 91 days! 91 days since I last gambled. Just back from a week away with the family and my little boy, celebrating my 30th birthday, lots of plans for the summer hols on my days off work and none of those include gambling. I’ve thought  about it a fair bit lately maybe it’s because the football season is starting back up but I seriously do think I will always need restrictions in place, I find Gamban a life saver, that and the fact my bank card is blocked from gambling transactions. Here’s to 100 days... 🙂

114 days, nearly at the end of the school holidays and still gamble free 🙂 although I have spent so much money these holidays not a penny has been wasted on gambling!! Now the football has started back up my mind keeps questioning could I maybe just do a football bet but no I know when I lost I would then try and chase my money back on the slots and lose hundreds/thousands! So I will do my very best to stay away from all forms of gambling, like I have done for the last 114 days.
