In all honesty I've previously struggled with framing the problem properly when I look daily.
I've had nearly my record period of abstinence in the UK focusing on the forever, but this week at times forever has felt like a long time.

Relocated to Lisbon for the next 4.5 weeks so no chance of physical stores catching me out. Feeling confident as a result.

Nice to make the century which is for the first time in a long time.
I'm now doing CNWL which I hope helps me maintain, currently listening to others stories and it's hard but it does make me more determined.

Have access to a decent amount of money in the next week or so which is making me somewhat nervous as my mind is definitely wandering. I need to somehow stay strong and keep it, not letting my brain think I can make any of the £60,000 I've gambled back, as it's just not happening!
