Hello all, day 23 gf feeling good blocks all in place and stopped watching you tube.
Things going well and even when bookies open Monday i will be strong and resist and stay resilient.
I'm more concerned when arcades or AGC open again in may i normally meet up with one of my friends when he's off shift and go to them as form of entertainment and a way of catching up as an activity to do together.
After a horrendous losses early 2021 to totalling over 5k i want to break this demon and pattern.
Thinking of ways to get blocks in place before hand to combat the temptations, leaving bank card at home so cannot withdraw money and not carrying cash on me are a couple of things i want to get in place.
After all this lock down i want the money i have spare after bills to go on making the house and garden better and holidays not down the pan in some arcade £500 fruit machine area.
