Thank for peoples reply on my day 1...I have doctors today. I am still trying to find out why I am lying to my wife about it all..still feeling really low at the moment that I have lapsed..... thanks for reading will update... well now just waiting for Doc to call I feel like there is a brick wall in my head at the moment and feel so low and down...
