Day 1 - Sat April 6. I’m 2 days away from being a compulsive gambler for 6 years. Surely 6 years has taught me that ‘I never win as I put it all back in’. At this moment in time I am lucky as I am not in debt. If I am to remain debt free I need to stop this madness and focus on the positives. The negatives of remaining a gambler are: self inflicted isolation, continual lateness and rushing, exhaustion, internal arguments, guilt, anger, frustration. Good luck all xxx
