Still feeling terrible but I'm big and ugly enough to deal with it I'm fortunate I can usually stop gambling quite easily but always end up going back after a few months that has to stop

Day four is more than 'not much',  its a huge achievement,  day before you were only 3 days gf, you've got through another day..be proud ? keep going, you've got this

First 7 days off gambling not got any urges at all but still angry at myself but it what it is hope you are all keeping well and staying gamble free take care all

Yes it's only a week, but remember for a CG to go 1 day without gambling is a massive achievement. Day 1 is building the foundations for day 2. You've done the groundwork for day 8 so don't get disheartened fella. No matter how bad things seem right now it will get better. I know you're an intelligent bloke so work it out.

Alright guys and gals hope you're all doing well day 18 gf so getting there,not goy any urgers or anything just feels a bit empty still at least my wallet isn't empty eh anyway hope everyone staying strong 

Now on day 38 gf feeling good about the future although always on my guard anyway hope everyone keeping safe take care
