Been a day of reflection ,
this time last year I’d made my resolution of no more gambling ,
walked upstairs phone in hand and gambled all threw the night into the next day every penny I had new year new me what a load of s**t ,
wasn’t till 8oclock the next evening I new I couldn’t carry on like this I wasn’t even playing to win I’m not sure I ever was , I spent the next 45 mins on the laptop looking for some kind of help. I signed up to this site and walked straight into my sons bedroom cryed my eyes out and asked for help, the last year hasn’t been easy it’s been a rollercoaster of emotions and facing things from my past that I thought wasn’t effecting me, little did I no once the gambling was took away my past needed dealing with things haven’t been easy this year but boy they have been worth it , I want to thank everyone that I’ve walked this journey with and will continue to walk with even if it’s just for a little while.

Today marks a year since I found this site
one year on from finding people that helped me work threw my issues that lead me to keep gambling , I want to say a massive Thankyou to each and everyone that offered support and listened to me wen I was at my lowest , I’m so proud to be walking this journey with each and everyone of you , here’s to next year plenty of goals set and ready to be smashed with you all by my side ?

Wow what a year, I also found this site when in dire need of help, I think most of us did. Well done you brought some fresh air to the site with laughter on the chat room and have always been a shinning light. You managed the correct course straight away and that's usually due to the fact that gambling took soo much from you before u started on this road. This all makes your successful year all the better.
