I never ever thought that this would be so hard but I've made it to 9 days (small pat on my back) I've taken up running 3 days a week to combat the void of gamberling and I've also taken up a little bit of gardening with this nice warm weather we are having. There are times when I just feel I need to distance myself from others because I'm in emotional state of being but some short time alone does me good. Hang in there guys I made it to 9 days and I really have no will power so one day at a time.

I really didnt think I would be into jogging or gardening but I'm very surprised at how much I enjoy it.

Thank you, I cant say it hasn't been hard but I'm just throwing myself into all different things to keep myself busy as one thing I've noticed is that when I'm not doing anything I get twitchy.

That's amazing, well done, I'm only at the start of a long journey but with the amount of support which is shown on here I'm sure I will get to nine months. ?
