Thankyou Annie for your kind words. 73 days today. I am finding now I am having days where I don’t think about gambling. I have not had constant urges in the last 73 days. In truth there have only been two occasions in which I have experienced an urge and they were fleeting. I did however think about gambling and my previous bad habit every day. However for the past 3 days I have not thought about it. That’s a real achievement for me

Well done on 73 days gambling free , It's really positive that you are  having days where you don’t think about gambling and that you are not having the constant urges , this is an achievement as you say . 

Keeping you thoughts clear and away from gambling is the way forward , keep up the good work and keep posting. We are always here for support and advice when you need.

One day at a time, we consciously live more fulfilling, meaningful lives.  If life throws us a curveball, we deal with it better. Does it make us all more interesting, compelling people?  Of course it does 🙂

Just checking in. I’ve not been as active on chats for the last week as I started back to work and done lots of evenings. I am still gamble free and going (as the old saying goes) one day at a time 

Hello to anyone who may be reading. I’m afraid this is quite a boring log of my journey now. I have not been as regular as  was on chat as I found I have thought less and less about gambling and been working more evenings. However I logged on tonight and I reach 90 days free

and clean tomorrow. I feel wonderful I really do. I will be on chat room tomorrow to help anyone else who may need support xxx love to all xx
