I cannot describe the wonderful feeling of being free from debt. It is as though a massive weight has been lifted from my shoulders.
Reaching 250 Days GF yesterday has also had a profound effect on me.
I sincerely believe a new chapter has started in my life and I look to the future with confidence and a smile.

A strange coincidence maybe but 2+5+8 = 15 and that is the atomic number of Phosphorous which rhymes with Bosphorous and the Bosphorous (also known as the Strait Of Istanbul) separates Europe & Asia (East & West).
There happens to be a beautiful song called "East To West" by Casting Crowns and the lyrics seem to tell of my recovery from gambling addiction:
"Here I am lord and I'm drowning in your sea of forgetfulness.
The chains of yesterday surround me.
I yearn for peace and rest.
I don't want to end up where you found me".

259 Days GF which pleases me greatly but realise I am not yet out of the woods.
One day the betting shops will reopen and restrictions will be lifted. However, I have self exclusions in place and gambling block on bank card.
It is a worry though as I now have money in the bank but nobody to help me manage it.
I will have a good think about it over the coming weeks but don't wish to distress myself.
