Not posted for a couple of weeks, 23 days gamble free today. Random milestone but I’m posting as I didn’t realise it was this many days when I just checked my counter. Gamstop has recently helped me, no accounts = no temptation.
On Saturday I felt the urge to bet and I managed to get through it, along with my blocks preventing me.
I’ve already noticed how much money I was wasting day to day, no more gambling transactions.
This week is payday and I will be sending all my money to my wife after my bills as this will prove a big test for me. I’ve got so much more to live for and things I want to spend my hard earned money on, mainly my children.
It’s not been easy, keeping busy every day. Filling time has been key.
I have to beat this, 30 days is my mini target and I’m determined to make it after 14 years of this horrible addiction

Hi guys well done on this. I don’t think any milestone is random, each day being gamble-free is worth recognition. Keep going and you will feel your worth as more time goes on. Celebrate as long as you are gamble-free. Keep those blocks in place. Keep it up.
@hiddenaddict I'm on Day 23 aswell ?. 13 years of problem gambling for me I finally hit rock bottom and have put everything in place to stay gamble free. Cant go back to the life I've been living and looking forward to the future and how it's going to benefit me financially and mentally. Stay strong and hope your recovery goes well.
