This is going to be my recovery diary. I fully intend to write a proper introduction but am pushed for time tonight. Needless to say I gambled today after the millionth time of thinking I wouldn't. I excluded with casino sense (again) tonight and already have in place gamstop and betting shop exclusions. I know though that exclusions alone won't work. I need a place to record my recovery and to broadcast my 'clean time'. This diary will be it.
I will be back... but for now (and over 10 years since I first created another, long since dormant account on this site) this is my start. My 2019 fresh start.
