11 days in to the new year (82 overall!) gambling free. Feels crazy how I’ve got more cash but have had so many issues with my car this week but got it done properly which I wouldn’t be able to do if I was still gambling! I also talked about how I started a new online business on the other chat. We’ve nearly taken on a big order and just waiting for everything to go through! Things are changing for the good! Keep going guys, life can be good!

So proud of you! Brilliant so your now a boss! A boss of your life hun gamble free and less worry. Whatever your business is.. Insta is a good site to get orders. A Irish fellow a few days ago asked a couple people to trial his stuff next thing.. He's bowled over with thousands of orders. The right people can give free publicity. That is what the big companies are doing now. On mine before Christmas I even got offered a free cordless vacuum cleaner. Madness but it's free PR.
Good luck with it.

I've also been thinking of a online idea to make a business. I guess it helps having our minds free from panic clutter of Gambling site trash.

It's 83 days it's***t midnight.
Have a great day.
Bella xx

Thanks Bella for the kind words! Day 86 now! The payment went through and have successfully landed the first order of my online business. So happy that all my energy is going in to something productive and starting to make money! Have had a c**P couple of days with my car going so need to buy a new car but onwards and upwards. I rather be dealing with the occasional downs from real life then the constant downs from gambling! Stay strong it’s worth it!

Day 89 now Bella 🙂 not rushing for a car at the moment as can commute to work on the bus. Have a day off work today and need to go hospital, then gym and my friend wants to go to a jazz bar so going to catch up with him there. Had lots of food last night and didn’t care about money as I have so much left over now from not gambling it’s such a huge positive. Booking a trip to Ibiza with my friends soon and might fly out to San Francisco in April. Positive times ahead!

Day 97 feeling great not gambling! Been a lot more productive at work. Also received my new business cards so will be distributing them! Went out partying last night with my friends, had a fair few vodkas but luckily before the night ended I drank a lot of water so not feeling bad this morning! Had a date a few days ago and had a nice time, seem to be getting a fair amount of attention from online dating which I found a bit overwhelming and unexpected. Hope you’re still going well Twinnie and on day 97 too! How’s life? Isn’t it great that we’re not gambling and not deal with that stress anymore? Hope you have a nice weekend!

Finally hit another goal of 100 days without gambling! Feel great, have made memories with friends during this time of not gambling which is what I’ll be looking back at in the future as good times.

Twinnie we did it, let’s keep going and when we look back at the end of the year, how much we would of done with ourselves! What should our next target be? 150 days?

Hi Twinnie
Yep.. 150 is our next challenge. We can do it!
Today I went shopping and the only parking space was facing a bookies, I've never been in one nor do I plan to. And parked up and virtually did a backward peace sign!
Keep those happy memories coming. Keep happy thoughts. 101 tomorrow.
Hugs Bella xx

Haha love it Bella! Most of my gambling related issues came from the bookies with horse racing and roulette. Started off when I was 18 and when I was in college, there was a coral next to it and we used to go in as a laugh at lunches or breaks and play £1 blackjack on the machines. We then started going to casinos where we were playing £1 roulette on the tables. We kept winning which drew us in. I’m 26 now so it’s been around 8 years since I started but it got worse and worse. But one thing from all this I’ve realised Is I used gambling as a freedom mechanism as when I was 18 gambling with no responsibility and having the time of my life with friends with no work commitments I felt so happy. Since I started work when I was 19 I’ve always worked hard as I never came from a wealthy background. I gambled sometimes as it would bring me back to a time I was happy. I then stopped for a bit once I finished contracting in 2016 as I knew I would be out of work for a while. I didn’t gamble one bit and then I met my ex girlfriend to which we had a 2 and a half year relationship. During the relationship I found a new job and got introduced to a gambling group by someone from work and got roped in. Gambling with 1000s started making 1600 a month quite often and then I was out of work again and lost the lot. Didn’t know how I was going to cope for a month but had a new permanent job which I’m still working at. My ex girlfriend was unhappy about it but she would never understand as no one with our addiction would. I then swindled a way to start gambling £10-20 a week to her but I was lying and gambling with 100s again. I think this was down to the fact I was depressed in the relationship as I saw my friends travelling the world and she was controlling to not allow me to do that with them. It was a rebound method and it made me feel I was in my teens again. Fast moving forward I’ve been single now for 7 months and on 104 days gambling free, getting to a place I don’t want to gamble anymore, feel no stress in my life. Getting back to the single life and training in the gym hard. I can’t wait to get in a better place in life and see what I’ve become in the summer. My cars also fixed now and got it professionally done as I didn’t lose that money gambling. Life is getting better! We can all do it!

You should save what you just written here and put that printed in your wallet.

Sounds wonderful how happy you are becoming without gambling. We don't need it twinnie we got this!

It's great isn't it.. To pay for things outright. Yesterday I paid in full the credit card and I also paid upfront a hotel room for a wedding in May.

We have our lives mapped out. But now we are in control of destinations. Rather than the urge to gamble, we get to have choices, plan a holiday with your friends. Do they know you are GF now? How's the dating?

Have a fabulous weekend hunni.
Bella xx
