25 days GF. Been keeping really busy and not even being tempted. I have watched sport with crazy results in it. Makes you realise you can’t win in anyway when you are a compulsive gambler as we don’t know when to stop. The thoughts of what I have done is getting easier as I am paying back money towards my debt. When I give up gambling I have so much more time on my hands to think instead of frying my brain with betting results. Stay strong folks. A gambling life is no life for anyone.

28 days GF. Another weekend not getting side tracked into thinking I can control my gambling. I am a compulsive gambler and don’t know when to stop. I have been keeping busy with work and reading a lot. I don’t have anywhere near the same urges. I feel I have been given a second chance in life. I must take it and move forward stronger. I will never forget the past but don’t want to let it affect my future.

Day 33 GF. Feeling a lot better about everything and more positive. I have come along way. Been staying busy with work and reading a lot to distract myself. Big thing is not to look at prices as it tempts you and most off all spending as much time as I can with my amazing wife without distractions on who’s scores and how it affects my coupon. Here’s to another GF weekend folks. Stay strong.

54 days GF. Good start to the new year 2020. No urges and just sitting back watching all the sporting shocks thinking I would be losing a fortune. Slowing getting my debt back under tracks. Got a wee puppy as well so loads of walking and keeping busy. I wonder now how I had time to gamble as much, but when your a compulsive gambler it sometimes feels that’s all you life for. I am a compulsive gambler and must not gamble in anyway.

56 days GF.  Strange day today, had a few urges for some reason. Kept really busy but all day had this wee urge for a football coupon. I kept really busy and never gave in. Just shows dose not matter how long you have given up the urges will always be there it’s how we deal with the urges. I am a compulsive gambler and must not gamble in anyway. So glad I never gave in today and had the strength to say no. Moving forward to another day GF.
