Through paypal deposited £sss yet no money in bank paypal still approved, I know i should not of done it, but damaged is done and now worrying as have no money in bank, and next week paypal will try to take money out of an empty bank.
Any advice will be so appreciated i feel just like the weather outside (rubbish) ?
Start with putting blocks into place, gamban software that prohibits access to gambling sites on your mobile, open a bank account that have options to block gambling transactions such as (monzo) and close bank accounts you may have that don’t allow this. It may seem drastic but just because betting company’s portray gambling as a ‘fun’ and ‘friendly’ it is a massive addictive drug just like Any other. You may have ups and downs emotionally the next few days/weeks as your body and mind adjusts without the quick dopamine releases but please beleive me the only way to start living and achieving anything in life is to stop gambling, and that means no gambling at all no gambling in store, no gambling online, no scratch cards, not even a friendly £1 bet with a friend, NOTHING!
you may relapse, you may not, but aslong as you get through a day without gambling it is a lot better than putting your body/mind through hell and don’t forget your bank balance. We are all in the same boat and it takes will power but beleive me you are capable of beating this and you will never know your full capability’s in life aslong as you allow gambling to Rule you!
