I have gamban and all online betting stopped can't use card in betting shops but its the withdrawing for cash machines thats the problem
Maybe hand your cards to a trusted friend and only access money when you actually need it? Maybe change to a bank with a lower cash limit - many have £250 daily limits.
Either way hope you can sort something out.

I’ve managed to prevent this by destroying the chip from the card meaning you can use your card online for purchases & use Apple Pay for transactions in shops, this will stop you from withdrawing cash at an ATM, however this won’t work if you’re having to pay for a transaction over £100.
As another layer of protection you’re best self excluding from all book makers using the exclusion program.

Seems quite topical right now. Access to money keeps people gambling.
I relapsed hard recently after almost a year because I had a £500 withdrawal limit. Installed Apple Pay and just got rid of my debit card cutting it up with the sharpest scissors available.
I can pay for every day essentials inc. fuel with Apple Pay.
Can I go to into a bank and withdraw cash? Yes. However with how busy banks are all the time this is extreme measures that I am unlikely to take. Also takes a lot of time that many of us do not have.
Similar advice to Stephh I have given there.
I think £250 withdrawal limit is still very high and will provide u with the tools to still lose a lot of money.
