i have put my money on my monzo card its getting better i cant gamble it now but when i borrow money to my brother he gives me cash thats when i relapse im thinking should i put my my money on iceland bonus card and greggs and costa etc or should i tell my brother to stop borrowing of me

There is no shame in telling us you are recovering, therefore there is no shame in telling your brother the reasons you don't want cash
What you are aiming for is clean living, an organised life and peace of mind.
It's probably best if you get out of a cycle of lending to family members.....why does your brother borrow?...does he gamble?.....are you a bank?
You know what I mean. I'm not saying be rude or leave him stuck but it just causes unease in your life and keeps your mind confused about money which will lead you to gamble again
Please reach out and tell your mum for example who could help you protect your money
You can't be casual about this addiction. It gets into your bones and you have some cold turkey to do while you heal
