We have been given a huge opportunity thru lockdown to start a new gambling free life. At the moment we can only gamble online so if we sign up to gamstop then at the moment we can't gamble thru any format.
However once bookies and casinos open again the temptations are back again. So let's plan for this. I have all the exclusions in the world u can get but there are still the temptations to test whether they work.
So I feel on the day they open again whilst I'm still adament I don't want to gamble I will go in every bookie in town and introduce myself to the workers there and tell them to not let me gamble. They will want to help if we tell them of our problems surely. Then as I've introduced myself I'll know deep down that I'm not welcome in each bookie in the future.
I got to know the manager of my local bookie whilst in my local pub and he's told me I'm not welcome in his bookie, its hard to here at first but it really really helps me.
Let's make this lockdown have had a huge positive impact on our lives and spread the advice onto others.

Love you reply Stephen, and totally true! Im glad there is non near me and I don't drive. But I can imagine alot of people are going to have that devil on their shoulder when all re opens. I hope we can all stay strong and best this evil force.
