He went out and bought $600 worth of lottery scratch card tickets. He took them home to his kitchen table and scratched them all off. He put the losers in one pile and the winners in another pile. He took all the losers and threw them in the trash. He said, "Now comes the fun part! let's see how much I've won" He got out his calculator and added them all up. Guess how much he won out of $600??? are you sitting down?? a grand total of $200. Ouch. He got $200; the lottery commission took $400 dollars of his hard earned money. Quite an eye opener.
