I don't know if its due to lockdown, i, ve never been a gambler, over the last few months ive found it so easy to get t into sites with their bonus deals etc, ive had a couple of goid wins at first but more loses as to now. I. m secretly gambling virtually what ever is in the bank.. I so need to stop this, i have excluded myself off a couple of sites, writing this now i need to exclude from all sites, but i want my money back ?

It's great that you have reached out for support and I would agree with you that it would be in your best interest to exclude from all sites. The good news is there is an easier way than excluding from each site individually, as you can exclude from almost all sites licensed in Great Britain at the same time through www,gamstop.co.uk
We would also recommend that rather than looking back at the money you've lost, start looking ahead at the money you will gain from not gambling. If you were to continue chasing those loses the likelihood is that those loses will increase.
