Hey guys,

Decided it's time to quit gambling, i'm only 18 and i think it's best to get ahead of myself. I would find myself chasing losses of small amounts such as £5 way too often and i can tell that i cannot control myself. I think quitting will also mean i get out of the house more and enjoy my life rather than sitting at a computer. I'm going to actually start looking at applying for jobs now too as i have just left sixth form. Thought i would come onto here to keep myself motivated.

All the best to all of you!

Hello mate - Not trying to scare you, but I'm 20 years old. Started like you, little fivers here and there. Chase them a bit, might end up 25 down or so. Now I'm £*** in debt. You don't sound like you have a massive problem, but put limits on your accounts. You know if you're sensible enough. If you're not, stop now. Before you're in too deep.. Like me.

Absolutely this is what i fear which is why i have made the decision to completely stop now. There's no point in me putting limits on either because i will just find a new website and gamble on there. Hope you are doing well though mate, remember that money can be earned back.

Put blocks in place mate. Things can only get worse when you are at the point where you are chasing your losses constantly. Will be hard at first for sure, but you can do this. Good luck
