Finding it hard to quit

Every time I try to stop I always see myself back on the sites. I have tried GamBan and it didn't work out as I managed to remove it, I am registered on GamStop but got around that to. I have a councillor face-to-face meeting arranged in a few weeks time - I really hope this will sort it for good.

My life is completely upside down in more ways than one - suffering loss, heartbreak, family issues. I try to fight the gambling urges by playing video games to distract myself, but after so long I always seem to crawl back to it. It's destroying me, I would like to know what to do or try next - I know only myself can change and I really want to but it wouldn't be an addiction if it was easy to control.

I've noticed one of my biggest complexes is to try and win money back to pay of further debt e.g overdrafts.

Please share any thoughts.
