Advice welcomed

Hi all,

I need to post this for my own sanity. I have come to terms with the fact I have a gambling issue. Although I use self exclusion from websites, I continue to find a way to gamble.

I gamble when I’m bored... it use to be fun and now I’m just chasing losses. I’m young, and I do not want my life to continue in this way.

Does anyone have any tips on how to stick to GF plans? As I’m currently struggling, and I can’t keep going on like this.

Thanks in advance.

You have taken the first step by admitting you have a problem this is the first step in the right direction. The next step is put steps in place to stop things that trigger your addiction. If you feel you are about to gamble ring the advice line don't be afraid to reach out when you need it we all need to be there for each other and we can beat this.!!
