Unfortunately they are part of life - and something us gamblers aren't great at dealing with.

Hello and I’d like to join. I’ve been on this site since 2014 and had varying lengths of gamble free time, but never more than a year. This is my year to be gamble free. I have plans to be debt free by August 2022. I’m on day 114 now and I’ve paid off my overdraft and been saving as well as paying off as much as I can on my debts; which have largely been accumulated from gambling. Plan on checking in at least once a week. Best wishes to all of you on your own gamble free paths’.
