Checking in for the week - 48 days gamble free. Best decision I’ve ever made to join Gamstop as it’s completely removed temptation online. All I have to do is physically don’t enter the bingo -(where I’d play the slots) and it’s easier to stay gamble free. Fingers crossed for me to do my first year gamble free. I’m over 10 per cent of the way there now !
