Very quickly I've been a gambler for well over 30 years now and have lost so much money over this time. Roulette has been my downfall. GAMSTOP has been a huge help. Still want to play though at times!
However 40 days off it which is huge for me!!

Hi all this is day 1 of a long long time gambling 34 years to be exact lost £ 800 yesterday and that's the last straw . Hope I've got the will power this time I've tried so many times before but it's new years day so feels like a fresh start so gonna make the best of it ! . I'm going to post on my diary daily for the next 12 months so we can go on this journey together , any help and encouragement would be great . Let's hope this is a good year for us all in our journey . Happy New year all !! . Loz
