Trying to get courage to give up

@gamblinggirl34 well done u can so do.this but you have to want to do this I've been up and down the past few months thinking should I or shouldn't I best thing I ever did 16days gf and I have money in the bank and I'm not as stressed as I was at all I've had my first counselling session today I've talked about my triggers and how I feel and I finally feel like I'm slowly putting myself back together which is great I finally free like I'm breaking the cycle of this and life feels great x

@littlemix congratulations on being 16 days GF...you sound very positive so that is encouraging! I hope I am saying the same in 16 days as while I haven't deposited money since I joined this I have played the daily free games that some site have so I am counting officially from today! Feelings are very conflicted...excited for the reasons u mention above like having money in the bank and not being as stressed but anxious about how and if il cope and angry at even thinking about how much this has controlled me and weak for letting it! BUT I have faith and after reading your post and others who are addicted but are able to do it then I have hope too! Thank you for replying!

I can not believe  how whole your story relates to mine  it is unbelievable! 

I'm 35 and got two kids

I'm chasing and chasing my looses on online slots when everyone  sleeps I hate it I don't want to be like this and then I'm more and more upset of what have I done  and try to  fix it gambling again to try win to cover my guilt and get money back.....

I hope we get rid of it

I always think I can do it I will stop but I havent managed jet ....?
