Hi I'm a newbie, is there a section where it talks to the triggers and reasons why people gamble?

Thanks

Hi Herman78 and Welcome,

Yes you will find threads in the debates and discussions section or you can always start your own threads.

You will learn a great deal about this complex addiction and how it gets into your very bones.

The triggers are multiple and often confusing. It goes to the root of your soul and who you are. The addiction is not as simple as some people think.

The reasons run deep...are you now ready to face the truth because you will find it here. You will learn who you really are and what makes you tick. You will learn why you were vunerable to this horrendous addiction.

You were never alone as it affected countless others. It even affects multi millionaires which shows it ultimately as a drug addiction rather than the money factor.

Its a split mind control illness. It destroys reasoning to get its own fix. It craves the neuron paths of dopamine at ALL COSTS

It shreds families and bank balances for breakfast...it then moves on through all the train stops of  pure hell...bankruptcy, divorce, prison, isolation. suicidal thoughts It heads towards the buffers at high speed so its just the question of when people are able to get off before total destruction.

Keep using the forum. It will be a great help and comfort to you

Best wishes from everyone on the forum
