Hi
I want to tell you what happened with me on 1st of September.I was out of control and somehow opened 3 new accounts for online casinos.I don’t remember anything that evening. When I have woke up next morning I have realised that through PayPal I have transferred to online casinos over **After I have checked transactions history and I have seen that I have played :1)on one  platform -They have suspended my account for full verification after deposit had reached nearly **
2)I have played on another platform and I can see that I deposit was around **and withdrawal was **£(still pending after they have blocked account 12 days later)
3)XXXX casino-They have accepted **deposits in 4 hours and just after blocked the account for verification. They have contact me later and told me that I have opened duplicate account (I had account with them before)with same full name, address ,post code,up adress, phone number and Just slightly changed username and my work email. They need to have complete verification before allowing to gamble!Have they didn't spot this???
My frustration is -why they have allowed open second account and why they have taken so much deposit (£)before they block it(New customer)Is it fair and legal???Later They have returned £(outstanding balance on account when they have blocked it) to PayPal.
And PayPal???How They allowed £ transactions in one evening without enough money on my account!!!
I’m devastated now because my family left without money and in big debt. And i don’t remember anything.
Why xxx didn’t block account before big losses???(how it happened with betway)I have seen PayPal transactions- money were going every 5-10 minutes (£).
I have just now started understand what happened and talk to people.I was calling to GamCare and they have gave me support .What I can do in this situation against them???Realy need your advice and support  guys

Thanks

Vitali

Vitali.

I am working towards a day when it will be illegal for financial companies to directly allow gambling transactions on their accounts.

However you are asking the wrong questions. You have a drug addiction  and must stop gambling right now. That mess is a major symptom of your problem. You are essentially asking if you can get your money back. Unfortunately gambling is still a legal activity and you havent got a leg to stand on.

At present financial institutions have no liablity or responsibility to monitor what you are wasting your money on as long as its a legal activity.

You have an addiction and you are seeking the wrong answers. Thre hard truth is that we all did it becaise we had no control of our own minds. Its an addiction ,an illness and you need help.

You will get that help if you really seek it. Gambling kills people! You are still with us. Tell your close friends and family...get help...you need to start learning about the power of this  addiction

Best wishes from everyone on the forum
