you have the strength to get through this. It is very tempting but just take one day at a time 

Im going to say it right out. No matter what we say, you are your own master. You decide if you wanna do it, but you know where you will end up. How many times have you gone back and hit rock buttom? Yes, every time. Remember, you  speculate to do this because of the rush, not the money. Is it worth it? To lose everything over a rush that changes you as a person and brings you through sheer torture? If you cant watch sports without feeling an urge to gamble, then i will say you are still a gambler even though you dont place a bet. You have to figure out a way to unlink sports with gambling! 

once bitten by gambling, it takes a long time to fully get out. I have fallen 10s of times over again, but in the end im out and it feels amazing. If you havent fallen multiple times, you may do it until you fall in all the «required» amounts to finally block gambling out from all angles due to the ways you succumbed earlier. 

listen. I can preach and preach, but you are the one that need to realize that this time is NOT gonna be different. Its cliche, but all it takes is one bet. You know that very well! Once you are out, its easy. Only that one bet makes it feel impossible again.
