Just looking for some support and advice to get me off this horrible thing called gambling, I’ve tried to stop and I can’t, it’s everywhere you go so this makes it worse! Any advice would be fab 🙂

Well, you are here so can you honestly continue? Reality always shows when the cash has gone and we all know how that feels. You need to make decisions. If smokers can stop by themselves, drug addicts can kick the habit and drunks can poor out the bottle there is no such thing as I can not do it. That is your mind having an internal struggle and you can overcome it by making a clear decision to stop. Learn everything you can. There is a super video on the USA gov on how addiction affects your brain. I do think I was allowed to post the link so you can look up my previous posts or on youtube with the title "what is addiction". It is very much to do with gambling as well.
