Hi guys,

As you can see from the title I'm new here... I joined because I need help. Gaming has been a really big issue in my life. I am only 20 but I feel like gambling has taken over my life.

I started gambling 4 years ago on a on an on and off basis and lost tremendous amount of money. I have gambled from my wages, student grants and borrowed money.

I have weeks or months where I promise myself that I will stop gambling but I get the urge and just relapse. It has affected my relationships and my life completely.... I want to change so badly but I feel like it's a never ending cycle of me relapsing and wasting my money which I should have in my own pocket.

I relapsed again last night and gambled a few hundred euro away from my student grant... I feel terrible and ashamed. I want to change but I can't. I have self excluded myself from the websites and wish to be better....
