good evening everyone......just joined here and feel the importance of strengthening my recovery from 30 years gambling.I have recently stopped drinking also and have been in recovery from gambling nearly six years,but with three relapses,the last in december 2018.I regularly attend meetings and have one to one therapy but i still miss playing roulette and hope by sharing this i can take the power out of this thought.Gamstop and the fobt capped to £2 has been a massive help in this being a year without a bet and getting debts cleared slowly also.
i will regularly update my progress with helpful information where possible.
