Hi everyone I'm Ryan 35 year old male , only just reached rock bottom after gambling on casino and online slots for years everyday pretty much and recently not having enough money to pay rent for me and my family in our house meaning I have had to move back to a family's house . So depressing but feel like I have had to hit this point to beat this addiction I have. Just thought I would say hi to everyone

@kris-j-h hey Kris nice to meet you I'm definitely up for the 100 day challenge like you say isn't going to be easy especially as it has been part of our lives for so long, never really thought it was a problem until I hit this point which is crazy. But seemed like I could not do without it . Sharing experiences on here will definitely help us through this

@kris-j-h understand mate my brother had a similar problem with horse racing it's whatever makes us tick isn't it . It's the control side of things that I really struggled with and I never even thought I had a problem but considering I done it everyday it was a problem but I know I can't do it anymore it's ruling my life over much more important things. Thank you for replying i just don't know how it went from a couple of pound scratches to spending £50..£60 pounds a day..i don't even have that money to spend..hoping joining here aswell as blocking online will help fingers crossed but will all start of on the road to recovery somewhere hopefully today will be my first day of not buying any at all
@chantelle1089 completely understand that's exactly how I started though went from small bets like 20p spin up to £8 a spin it just steadily increased and I didn't really notice it at the time . Yes this is the best place to be now road to recovery hope you have a good day just look forward x
