I underestimated this

Hi frogman kev is right so good to see you posting I feel this is a positive thing for you. I know for me posting is I would say high on the list of things that is massively helping my recovery along with reading what others are saying. Don't give up hope frogman I know it's a struggle but it's a struggle that you can win. Best wishes keep posting

Has got it spot on for me just reading that other people are going through what I'm going through helps as I don't feel like I'm on my own plus sometimes I get some advice out of a post that I've not tried before. The forum helps and by reading posts you always remember how dangerous the decision to gamble is. All we can do is one day at a time and your working it well done 

Frogman I'm really impressed with you posting its a good start. How are you really feeling we are always here if you want to offload have a rant !!

Just keep up the good work and take it one day at a time, it's not an easy addiction to beat but you look on the site and you see so many people who've achieved what I would call amazing amount of time gamble free it shows me it's possible and that's what I'll hold on to everyday as the gambling company's aren't getting no more off me
