Hi I am new here, I started play online slot 2020 Oct , around last year I found it’s really big problem because I have 7k debt then I try speaking with some one in game care that was someone try phone me but only 2 times I was with kids can’t answer their questions then they never phone again.
That was around last year Aug so I counties gambling until now I am in 15K debt.
I only work part time earn 700 a month lucky my husband pay all food and bill. So I don’t need worry food and heating etc..I told him the problem last year Sep , he understood and hope me will stop , and he know I will pay off the debt.
but in fact I still gambling now 15 k debt, I feel sick I know I keep gambling reason I hope I will win then pay off some debt and its not happen .
So yesterday I start Self Exclusion some gamebling site 5 years I hope in next few day I will done all the gambling site . I need some courage I really hope I will never gambling again.

Hi, glad you have come on here to seek help and guidance. We are here for you. Slightly concerned at what you wrote though, reading it over and over are you really committed to stopping? In my opinion there is no ‘in the middle’ or ‘limits’ with gambling. I’ve tried so hard in the last 13 years to try and find a balance to ‘gamble responsibly’, however it ended badly every time. Now; it’s absolutely no gambling and has been for 107 days. I’ve made significant lifestyle changes by taking away all access to money bar Apple Pay (with gambling restrictions), indefinite self-exclusion via GamStop (to block all the sites) and getting CBT addiction counselling. Be committed to stopping and get out while you can! Think of a gameplan and execute. Good Luck and all the very best.
