im exactly same it completly ruined my mind , crypto and roulette totally ruined me last year.way more than sports betting did previously .we can do this and well done , i agree mentally it affects you so badly i hate what its done to me.

Hi everyone hope all is well, just a quick update from me. It's now heading towards the weekend a time that would leave me so weak and fragile to gambling just like most of us here but not this weekend, this Sunday will mark 1 full week completely gamble free, I am also in contact with a local organisation who are offering 1 to 1 support and I am feeling as strong as ever! As Sunday comes to a close I have successfully made it one full week without any gambling of any kind, I will continue to carry on my journey with passion and determination. Jusy a quick summary of my 7 days the first 2 were immensely difficult but I managed to fill the void with other things I like doing such as walking and playing video games, listening to music, connecting with friends online, various things to take my mind away from it all. I have continued to watch the football with more enjoyment than ever before for a very long time not having to worry about my bets losing, just simply enjoying the matches. I have decided to start a YouTube channel where I will be posting various videos, possibly some on my experience of problem gambling and gaming videos too. Thank you everybody for the support so far much love to you all, may you all have a blessed week ahead.
