My first post here. I've had a pretty bad gambling problem for a few years now. It used to be most of my wages, then came the credit cards and then loans to pay off cards and then spend more on credit cards. A crazy circle that has wound up with me £23000 in debt. The guilt is what's the worst, then the dread of what I have done. Yet I still do it, chasing money that is long gone. How can I get rid of this urgency to gamble and to accept that I've messed it all up so I can move on? I can feel my whole life crumbling. I would kill to wake up happy, but instead it's just regret. Sorry to b*m you out if your reading this. I just needed to get it down on paper.

Well you owe what I owed when I started this.ive gambled all my adult life, never been out of debt bar  a few weeks.

There  comes a time when you at last admit you are a CG and you must stop, I had that moment in March, it hit hard but I must do it.

You have to understand this is it, never gamble again, plan the debt the deal with the fact for a few years it will be tough.

Theres no magic way out, no quick win, accept that and you can  get a life back.im on it.
