@biscuit31 If you are getting some benefit out of watching Phil on youtube, imagine how good you would feel at a GA meeting meeting lots like Phil but having a much more powerful experience, knowing that you are not alone?

There will be one near you.

Chris.

Afternoon Chris,

How GA meeting works in a social distancing environment? Will be through Zoom, or Facebook or something.

Just wanted to check in again on my original post. I am regularly reading the forum to keep me in a good place.  Anyhow I am now at 2 weeks gamble free which I am obviously very pleased about. Surprisingly I haven’t had many urges at all and seem to be coping really well. As of yet I haven’t joined at GA session, mainly because I think I am getting all the help I need at the moment through only Phil on YouTube as well as here, also Gamstop is activated so even if I wanted to I couldn’t gamble.

I really think I’ve seen the light this time, as I’ve said before I have always had an intention to give up but I’ve never really wanted to, this time I do and that’s the difference for me.

I’ll check in again at one month GF (if I make it). The hard bit will be round the corner by then...Cheltenham ?
