Today is day 4, I am trying to occupy my mind to stop the urges. It’s so difficult when working from home to be disciplined but I have to succeed this time.
Just knowing I am signed up to GamStop is good but I know I have sites outside of the UK I can still access.

7 years of out of control gambling & it needs to stop now!!!
It stopped 4 days ago pal, tomorrow will be day 5.....
Feel of the wagon last Sunday so day 5 gf for me tomorrow. Added up losses of over 10k this year its sickening.
Have blocks in place, need to keep busy and occupied. Leaving debit card locked away so no access to cash and only have credit card.
Both cards frozen for online Gambling even though signed up to gamstop.

How about online banking. Put all blocks on. Gambling, contactless, atm cash withdrawal, in person chip and pin. Finally ask and trust a family member to change your login details and they keep the new login details safe from u. They can also keep your bank card for u. But this would be pointless as hope these blocks fully work
