Cognitive behaviour change need


Last time I was on this platform was 2019. For many years trying to stop,  I hope the CBT gamecare course will enable the will power and a tool kit to resist temptation. My stress causes me to gamble on gaming machines more often 2 to 3 days/week and up to 12-14hours with big losses  with playing £2 a go. I am sorry to put my wife through this behaviour and make a new start
