replacing heartache and stress with gambling and chasing wins after winning big a few months ago.. I'm not proud it's been only a week without gambling but I've so much to lose and need it to stay that way.. does anyone have any websites I can block gambling as I tried one but didn't have relevant I'd to carry it out many thanks a broken mum.

Try gamstop. It blocks all the major websites. I got it on sat night and haven't gambled since. Apparently there are some sites that don't sign up to it but they seem like really bad sites that literally just steal your money (the reviews on those were enough to put me off). You can also self exclude from sites too.

As @helpme34 said, GamStop is a good place to start. It blocks your accounts and prevents you from making new accounts with most reputable online gambling sites.

Most debit and credit cards now allow you to block gambling transactions. It takes 72 hours to turn these back on, so it prevents impulse gambling.

Also look at GamBan, which you can get for free in the UK. It is a software that you install on your device and it prevents you from accessing gambling websites. You can install it on as many devices as you like.
