Well done on 40 days - that’s great.

With each day that passes you will feel better and have a clearer mind so just keep doing what you’re doing, taking one day at a time.

Well done, yours was the first post I read when I joined on here. I'm at 30 days now and like you life is feeling a lot better. Keep going!

Well done barrielad you're doing really well those days are mounting up. Keep it going don't let anything derail you. The buzz and adrenaline rush from gambling is v short lived as we all know the buzz from a win is quickly followed by depression due to the losing it all and more !!  I believe the buzz from staying gamble free is much more fulfilling and could last a lifetime. I posted to bladesman to remember I'll always be 8 days ahead of him, well with you I'm  chasing you snapping at your heals 2days behind!! Best wishes

Well done charlieboy and barrielad. Charlieboy was the first person to respond to me. Now on about day 54.  Had challenges such as the pubs still opening and unexpected bills which would be excuses to gamble but jumped those hurdles. Good luck all friends on here.
