Just wanted to extend a thank you note to a call taker(advisor) Sophie who not only listened but had so much compassion and understanding to my current situation. Who advised and supported with such professionalism and respect. Extremely easy to chat to and felt like she understood all the underlying issues I had. Almost as reading my mind.
This adviser went above and beyond to help a struggling soul.
That must be acknowledged.
