Yeah there isn't an error anymore when you click on the netline page, it does load up now however the yellow button that should be there to click on is no longer there!! It's been like this for a while now.

If you turn your wifi off and use your mobile carrier to connect it let's you use netline. Seems to be a broadband issue

Sorry you are still experiencing problems with the Netline. We will email you about this directly.

In the meantime, you are very welcome to use the freephone telephone helpline on 0808 8020 133. It's exactly the same advisers as the netline.

Weird. I just checked and it is accessible on my phone but not my laptop so it must be the computer blocking it or something? Best wishes, Phil

I am fairly good with technology. What is the issue with Netline?

FWIW, I emailed a screenshot to Gamcare Support a while ago and I did not receive any response.

I would prefer to use Netline rather than the Telephone.
